Upon arrival your child will be a given a red envelope, inside will be a unique challenge- it could be build a robot, create a snake, build a castle who knows! So what’s the challenge…to create using only the materials we give you- reclaimed, surplus and waste materials!
All materials will be provided, along with paint/glue and eco glitter!

Mysa is Open Door Charity’s non-clinical support option for anybody aged 18+ living with disordered eating of any kind, with no diagnosis necessary to access support. Our support group meets each Monday and aims to create a safe space to meet others with shared experience and explore the skills and techniques to manage your mental health whilst living with disordered eating. Through a mix of therapeutic and creative sessions, we aim to uplift and empower members through understanding and empathy.

Guided sound meditations, a space for the body and mind to unwind, soften into stillness and be serenaded by calming frequencies.
Shake It Out! A 30-minute lunch time reset using shaking, tapping, and simple movement to release tension, boost energy, and gently reset the nervous system. All set to uplifting house and techno beats! OR Space To Pause. A 30-minute lunchtime meditation combining breathwork, body awareness, and guided visualisation to help you slow down, reset the mind, and return to a sense of calm and presence.
Discussing how our lives connect with others, the legacy we leave in the “social fabric,” and how grief changes but stays woven into us. Using macrame to show how every individual knot relies on the neighbouring cord, serving as a metaphor for human relationships, community bonds, and the interlaced fabric of life, and how this helps us in life and when dealing with death.

For ZOOP members only. These sessions use creative and artistic activities that give participants agency to access wellness.
They offer a calm, low-pressure space to explore art, music, and drama as tools for personal well-being. RAWD’s Creative Wellness is an open invitation to engage in art at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
It is aimed at people less interested in performing and more open to using creativity in order to explore better overall wellness.
The sessions are targeted at learning disabled and neurodivergent people who want a low-commitment, more fluid approach to being part of the RAWD community.

Still Here is a grief, peer-led support group for young adults to meet others who may be experiencing similar variations of grief to feel a sense of community, care and connection. This month’s focus will be creating a vision mood board for loved ones who’ve passed away. This can be entirely up to your interpretation, whether it be something that represents them, a life you wish they had, or all the things you love about them. This is a safe space to be creative and get support from others.

Twelve Bells welcome Audiojack to the live room – the UK DJ duo behind some of the biggest house records of the last two decades.
